Solid perfumes have been used for thousands of years, including in Ancient Egypt and the Roman Empire. Today, I offer you a chance to reclaim that forgotten magic. I have created a solid scent packaged in an antique-inspired locket with beautiful artwork. It's the 1920's meets the 2020's.
Jamila features the artwork of a watercolor of a beautiful woman in a dark hijab.
Jamila means beautiful in Arabic.
From my research, Myrhh was the most common ingredient used in ancient perfumery in the Arabian peninsula. I too used Myrrh as the base note in my Jamila fragrance. Jamila is a blend of Myrrh, Ylang Ylang, Rosehips, Jasmine, and Sandalwood. An incredibly spicy and sensual blend, it is warm and alluring.
The perfume base is made from a blend of Coconut Oil, Beeswax, Sweet Almond Oil, and Avocado Oil.
The scent is a blend of essential and high-quality fragrance oils.
